Hi! My name is Eliane Smith (pronounced Ellie-Ahn), and I am a Mortgage Loan Officer with Coastal Mortgage Company. I’ve had the privilege of serving Camden County for the past 14 years as a Finance Professional in my career and in various volunteer opportunities. I previously worked for Bank of America, and left Corporate Banking as an AVP, Financial Center Manager, to join Kevin at Coastal Mortgage Company. Helping people has always been a passion of mine, and my journey into the mortgage world has been nothing short of AMAZING! Each client and experience is different, whether it’s buying a first home or fifth, or refinancing to save money and that’s what I love so much about this job!

Hello, My name is Kevin Van Horn and I am a Partner at Coastal Mortgage Company. Being a native of Camden County for 38 years has been a blessing, and I love living in the community I serve. I enjoy being outdoors, am an avid fisherman and love traveling with my family. I have 20 years of mortgage lending experience to go along with 10 years of running a small business. I enjoy helping my clients with their mortgage needs!

Hi, I’m Dillon Clemons, a mortgage loan officer here at Coastal Mortgage Company! I have been in the mortgage industry since 2016, and I’m excited to now be serving the community where I grew up. I am passionate about helping people achieve the dream of home ownership and I pride myself on being the ‘guideline guru’! When I’m not crunching numbers, you can find me spending time with my family, volunteering with Special Steps Camden, or lacing up my running shoes. I look forward to working with you and delivering the absolute best homebuying experience possible!
